Try re-opening the app and importing the video again — Tally handles videos of any size or resolution. If it keeps happening, email us with the video's rough size/resolution and we'll look into it.
Does Tally upload my videos anywhere?
No. Everything in Tally — dancer tracking, face blurring, audio sync, effects — runs entirely on your device. Nothing is ever uploaded. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I recover a deleted project?
Deleted projects and their files are removed from your device and can't be recovered. Use "Revert to original" instead of deleting if you just want to undo edits.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email us — include your iPhone model and iOS version if it's a bug, and we'll take a look.
